Every change to a published program number lands here. That is a process rule, not a courtesy: a program parameter can be changed on the live venue without any code changing, so a change that does not appear below is a change this site would otherwise show you silently. If you are reconciling a figure, check the policy version and build date at the foot of the page against the entries here.

2026-08-05 — Documentation site published

First publication of docs.hardbasis.com, covering trading and fees, Refer & Earn, Partners, trust and Proof of Reserves, and eligibility.

Program numbers on these pages describe referral policy v1, the policy seeded when the referral programs went live on testnet. No parameter changed with this publication; the site documents what was already running.

Formal terms of service, the full program terms, and the reviewed jurisdiction matrix are with counsel. Until they land, the affected sections are marked as summaries on the Eligibility & legal page.

2026-08-03 — Refer & Earn and Partners live on testnet

Both referral programs opened on testnet at policy v1: earned referral codes, a referee taker-fee discount, a referrer share of net taker fees, per-referee time and value bounds, holdback-then-claim settlement, and the partner application and campaign-code flow.

Testnet sats have no value, and referral state starts over when the production venue opens.
